Black Friday FAQ's:
Q: My product/s disappeared and/or sold out while it was in my cart / while I was busy with check-out?A: This happens when another buyer / buyers had the same or last unit of the product in their cart and completed check-out before you. Please note that the cart does not reserve products - orders are only secured when check-out has been completed. Due to demand and order volumes, Black Friday sale products can be expected to sell out fast. Tip: To speed up your check-out process, it is recommended to create an account with your delivery and contact information ahead of time.
Q: I'm unable to pay with credit card?A: During the Black Friday sale only direct EFT payment option will be made available, reasons being: 1. to ensure a faster check-out process and 2. to prevent possible delays and/or payment disputes by online card payment providers due to online traffic.Tip: it's recommended to download proof of payment and email it through directly as banks may experience delays in sending POP's.
Q: a product I wanted is sold out, will you restock Black Friday sale products?A: The majority of Black Friday stock has especially been procured for the Black Friday event. Unfortunately there will not be restocks unless there are order cancellations.Tip: Add your email address or request to be notified via Messenger if a product is back in stock (should there be cancellations). NB: Messenger is a much faster notification option.Q: I'm unable to purchase more than 1 item of certain products?A: Quantity limits have been set on selected products depending on various factors such as price, demand & availability. This is done in order for everyone else to have a fair chance at grabbing a good deal. Tip: Limits are specified in bold red on products that have been limited.

The order confirmation email notification serves as order acknowledgement and confirms that the order has been placed and received successfully.
Please note that the cart does not reserve products. For an order to be placed successfully, the check-out process needs to be completed.
If paying via Payfast, an automated payment confirmation notification will be sent to both Fashion Police and the customer. It is not necessary to forward Payfast proof of payment.
If paying via direct EFT, please ensure to send the proof of payment to the email address provided on the order confirmation to avoid dispatch delays or cancellations.
No reserves: Payments are due within 2 days after placing of order. Order reminders are sent out prior, but are cancelled and restocked after 2 days of non-fulfillment.
Separate payments per order required: In events of placing multiple orders to combine in one shipment, please submit payment per order (excluding shipping cost) to ensure that payments are allocated to orders accordingly.
Parcels are dispatched Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays.
Depending on order volumes, please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be captured, prepared and dispatched after receipt of proof of payment.
Regret not accepting manual orders and/or unable to amend existing orders. All orders to be placed online. Should you wish to amend an existing order, it will be required for a new order to be placed and the existing order to be cancelled to prevent stock and delivery errors pertaining to order changes.
- Direct EFT Payments: The correct reference number (order number) and proof of payment required. Incorrect reference numbers and unsent POP's can result in delays or order cancellation.
- Please ensure to provide a full correct shipping address applicable to the selected shipping method.
- Door to door deliveries: a recipient to be present at the provided address to accept delivery, and be contactable on the provided contact number/s. For deliveries to work addresses, please ensure to include the business name.

Depending on area and shipping method, delivery can vary between 1 and 7 working days after dispatch - this does not include weekends and public holidays.

Courier Shipping to Outlying / Rural Areas: R120
Courier shipping to outlying areas takes 4-5 working days after dispatch depending on the area.
Out of stock Items:
Unfortunately Fashion Police is not always able to advise if or when a sold out product will be back in stock. Please sign up on the sold out product with your email address and/or Facebook Messenger to be notified when the product has been restocked. Regret not offering reserves or set-asides on future restocks.
