Returns & Exchanges
• Period: Within 7 working days after receipt of order.
• Goods bought from Fashion Police will only be returnable via Fashion Police; returns and exchanges will not be accepted at other stores.
• Please ensure that the returned product is properly protected, with its original packaging, and still in same condition for the purposes of resale (i.e not damaged, worn or soiled, & tag still attached) together with any accessories if applicable.
• Footwear to be returned in their original boxes / packaging.
• Please do not apply packaging tape directly on shoe boxes.
• Shoe boxes to be securely packaged.
The following will not be considered for a refund / exchange:
1. Faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
2. Damage arising from incorrect usage or abuse of the product; e.g. incorrect washing of product / careless use of product.
3. For hygiene reasons and due to their nature: Non-defective used underwear, swimwear, earrings and cosmetics.
4. A non-defective product will not be accepted as a valid return if it clearly shows signs of having been subject to lasting use. In other words the product must not show marks of extended use beyond the time required to try them on or test them, and must be in a condition allowing them to be resold.
5. Non-defective opened or used Cosmetics.
A refund or exchange will be issued after receipt and evaluation of the return item. Delivery fees are non-refundable & return fees for the buyer's account. Exchange shipping costs will be covered by Fashion Police.
