Returns & Exchanges
• Period: Within 7 working days after receipt of order.
• Goods bought from Fashion Police will only be returnable via Fashion Police; returns and exchanges will not be accepted at other stores and/or trade mark owners.
• Please ensure that the returned product is properly protected, with its original packaging, and still in same condition for the purposes of resale (i.e not damaged, worn or soiled, & tag still attached) together with any accessories if applicable.
The following will not be considered for a refund / exchange:
1. Faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
2. Damage arising from incorrect usage or abuse of the product; e.g. incorrect washing of product / careless use of product.
3. For hygiene reasons and due to their nature: Non-defective underwear, swimwear, earrings and cosmetics.
4. A non-defective product will not be accepted as a valid return if it clearly shows signs of having been subject to lasting use. In other words the product must not show marks of extended use beyond the time required to try them on or test them, and must be in a condition allowing them to be resold.
5. Non-defective clearance fashion products marked as "CLEAR-OUT".
In events of an incorrect product delivered, Fashion Police will gladly and promptly rectify by re-sending the correct product followed with a new shipping number. It will be arranged for the incorrect product to be collected once the correct item's shipping has been confirmed.
